Sahily is a Puerto Rican stroke neurologist and scientist. At the Brenner lab, she is interested in developing new technology to therapeutically target the blood brain barrier for acute brain illnesses like ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. Now, she runs her own independent group within the Brenner Lab and is in the process of budding it out into her own lab space!
